  • June 10, 11, 12 - Judging Days (Properties will be informed one week prior of the date/time of assessment)
  • Wednesday, July 8th - Awards Reception/Ceremony

The APARTMENT EXCELLENCE AWARDS is an acknowledgment of excellence within the apartment industry in the metropolitan Pittsburgh area. The awards program offers recognition to the property owners, managers and staff of those communities that achieve the highest standards of property management.
